Fresh Bucks Indy is a SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)-incentive program created to increase low-income families’ access to nutritious food. It works by doubling SNAP dollars, up to $20 per day, with the doubled portion able to be used to buy fruits and vegetables at farmers’ markets and other retail outlets around the Indianapolis area.
